Tucking Tails (ends)

Question: Would you type out the words and the motions of the dog running in and out of the house?

The tail end of the yarn you want to start or end is hanging out of a shed. You take the tail and find the outer most warp thread....if it is up then you go over it and then tuck the tail back into the same shed about an inch. I push my tails down, you can push it up or down...it makes no difference. Then I change the shed. If the outer most edge thread is down then you go under it and back into the shed and go down or up then change your shed. Hope this makes sense.
