How do I return something?

If you find we sent you the wrong product or it's not what you were expecting, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make it right.

Returns in Canada

If you live in Canada then we'll send you a return label by email that you can print out and attach to the package.

The package can be dropped off at any Canada Post deposit location, such as a post office. Find your nearest deposit location: Find a Deposit Location

Returns in USA

If you live in the USA then we'll ask you to send the item back to us at your nearest post office. We'll then refund your expenses as soon as we receive the item.
